I have an intolerance to gluten and lactose. My symptoms were very similar to Nick's and lasted from about 10 to 15. Unfortunately what I have noticed with a lot of packaged foods and GF menus is that they will not cater to both intolerances (unless you shop vegan.) There are also limited placed where I can find accepatble foods. Does anyone else have this problem/suggestions? I generally just make my own food, but working and going to school full time...sometimes you just want to pop something in the microwave.
