Chebe Bread

Our 9 year old son also has CD. One of the items that we all love is Chebe bread. It a Brasilian food that can be found in mix form in many health food stores. It has a different texture as it is made with a different type of flour. You can find more info at

It is made from Tapioca starch, so the texture is rather gooey on the inside. We make it with Parmesan cheese, so it turns into a really cheesy biscuit. It is based on a brasilian bread called Pao De Queijo. Enjoy!
