PF Changs was an excellent choice for us!

One of my favorite gluten free restaurants was PF Changs China Bistro. I went to a restuarant in Salt Lake City Utah last summer and the service was great and the gluten free menu had many selections. What I liked best about PF Changs was that they put the gluten free dishes on a different style serving dish so you wouldn't confuse it with the non gluten free food. It also helped that our server actually had celiac disease so he was extremely helpful. It was nice to be able to eat chinese food and not worry about gluten contamination.

I strongly recommend PF Changs for a gluten free restuarant!
