Olive Garden

by Cathy

Olive Garden has a gluten-free menu. I havent had any problems there. HY-VEE grocery store is a good place which is always popping up new and decent GF choices. Ive had it for a few years now, and usually stick to a diet. But going to potlucks, or gatherings is hard. I'll often eat a snack before hand, bring a GF granola bar in my purse, or offer to bring something and eat mostly that. Its tricky!

Steve's response: Cathy I hear you on the "tricky" part about going to pot lucks and other social gatherings. My son usually has to eat before he goes or we'll just bring his own food.

Becareful at Olive Garden
by: Dan

Daughter is celiac. We went to olive garden and she ordered the gluten free pasta with marinara. She likes to pick through her food and as she was eating the rotini's she came across some regular pasta noodles. Manager and chef were very apologetic but did not have an answer as to how this happened. Daughter was very sick for 2 days after. Be careful when eating at the olive garden as their own website has a disclaimer about cross contamination.blowup

Olive Garden GLuten free Menu
by: Steve

I have a gluten free menu page on my website that has a gluten free menu for Olive Garden. On the left hand menu bar, click on "Dining Out GF" and within that page I have a link to a list of many Gluen Free menus. Or to go straight to that page you can cut and paste the following URL into your Internet URL toolbar area:
