Is there a cure or a developing cure for Celiac disease in existence?

If you do not know this a gluten, found in wheat and other grains, intolerance. If i eat gluten i will get sick and not absorb any nutrients. I am worrying about my health deteriorating so i was wondering if there is a cure of developing cure for this disease?

There is no cure for celiac disease as of yet however, my son is living a very healthy life. You need to be on a 100% gluten free diet if you have the disease. If you haven't already you need to confirm that you have the disease with a doctor.
