gluten free menu descriptions

When we note on our menu that an item contains gluten-free ingredients, but is made in a common kitchen that also prepares items with gluten, do we need to make special disclosure about whether our fryer oil is gluten free?

Steve's response: Definitely mention whether or not you use a separate fryolator. Using the same frying oil with breaded items (like chicken fingers) will make people on a gluten free diet sick if you fry french fries in the same oil.
